Corporate Finance Senior Manager | Top 10 Firm | Dublin 2

Our client is seeking an ambitious Corporate Finance Manager / Senior Manager to join its expanding Corporate Finance team. 

 

The successful candidate will work across a number of service lines including M&A, Valuations, Due Diligence, Fundraising, and much more. They will be keen to work as part of a fast-growing Corporate Finance team with the ability to manage numerous assignments at any one time. Working directly with the Corporate Finance partner, they will be a key point of contact for existing and new clients and will directly lead on various projects.

 

The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional accountant (ACA or ACCA) and will have a strong background in Corporate Finance. 

 

Responsibilities
 

  • Working alongside Partners and Managers to provide a range of services including advising on the purchase & sale of businesses, raising of finance, valuation, deal structuring, financial modelling, shareholder agreements, MBOs, Strategy, and Financial planning.
  • Be a key contact for Partners and clients on commercial and transactional assignments across the full range of CF services.
  • Project managing different projects or assignments and relevant stakeholders.
  • Reviewing proposals for new client work.
  • Reviewing and preparing client business plans.
  • Liaising with clients, financial institutions, HNW individuals, solicitors, and other intermediaries.
  • Continue to develop your skillset while also contributing to the development of our team.
  • Deliver personal output to the highest professional standards.
  • Developing your own professional network to help originate deal opportunities.
  • Assist in the development of other team members, including seniors and trainees.


Competencies
 

  • ACA / ACCA Qualified (2+ years).
  • Previous experience working within a corporate finance or transaction services role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
