Tax Senior Manager | Private Client | Top 10 Firm

Our client, a leading professional services firm in Ireland, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager with a minimum of 5 years' practice experience to join their Private Clients department. With a large portfolio of clients, including those with an international focus, this role offers the opportunity to provide innovative tax-based business solutions and a mix of advisory and compliance services.

Key Responsibilities —

• Manage a team and maintain and develop relationships with a portfolio of private clients, coordinating service offerings from other departments.
• Ensure timely payment and filing of returns for the assigned portfolio of private tax clients.
• Collaborate with partners to advise private clients on suitable business structures, transfer pricing, profit repatriations, and succession planning opportunities.
• Act as a key member of an integrated client service team, working on various tax advisory projects.
• Contribute to collective targets for billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives at the firm, department, and team levels.

About you —

• AITI qualified and a qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in practice.
• Experience working with private clients.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in interpreting Irish Tax legislation, relevant commentary, and case law.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships to completion.
• Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
