The Role —

As a Senior Manager within the Audit & Assurance practice, you will take charge of overseeing numerous engagements and addressing accounting, auditing, and related challenges that emerge during audits. Your leadership will extend to supervising and managing client services, encompassing the preparation of audit strategies and budgets.

Main Responsibilities —

  • Formulate a comprehensive strategy for personal growth centered on a portfolio of potential new clients and new business ventures. This entails identifying, formulating, and actively engaging in proposals for new clients and projects.
  • Devise and implement project plans to ensure the delivery of an exceptional client experience.
  • Cultivate a profound comprehension of each client's business operations and remain current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Employ analytical skills, experience, and judgment to pinpoint and effectively resolve challenges.
  • Spot opportunities and convert them into strategic solutions that generate tangible business value for our clients.
  • Utilize financial data to assess business prospects and offer informed recommendations.
  • Execute high-caliber audits through the adept utilization of technology, tools, guidelines, and established methodologies.
  • Undertake procedures for risk assessment or contribute to the identification and evaluation of risks associated with material misstatement.

About you —

  • Exhibiting strong self-motivation and a demonstrated capability to operate independently in a demanding and dynamic professional setting.
  • Possessing valuable experience in Big 4 or mid-tier Audit firms, accustomed to operating within an environment adhering to auditing and accounting standards, pertinent legal frameworks, ethical guidelines, and requirements for independence.
  • A qualified accountant holding a CAI accounting qualification or its international equivalent, underscored by an impressive academic trajectory.
  • Showcasing exceptional analytical prowess coupled with acute attention to detail.
  • Exhibiting robust business acumen and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
  • Demonstrating exemplary verbal and written communication abilities, proficient in crafting clear and succinct reports.
  • Maintaining a resolute dedication to upholding professional integrity and delivering service excellence to clients.
