The Role —

The chosen candidate will interact with a diverse clientele spanning various industries, actively contributing throughout the accounting lifecycle. This driven individual will flourish within a dynamic team environment, dedicated to providing exceptional client services of the utmost quality.

Main Responsibilities —

• Supervising and providing mentorship to a team of accounting professionals.
• Overseeing and guiding a team of accounting professionals through management and mentoring.
• Guaranteeing compliance with client and filing deadlines by meticulously planning, scheduling, and supervising individual client projects.
• Staying current with accounting and regulatory standards to ensure adherence to all legislative practices and compliance.
• Lead the delivery of superior services within specified timeframes and budgetary parameters.

About you —

• Hold ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Experienced manager in either professional services or industry, with a track record of at least 2 years.
• A driven individual with ambitions to provide exceptional client services and foster the growth and development of a team.
• Exemplary attention to detail, precision, and adeptness in handling multiple engagements.
