The Role —

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as contributing to firm-wide business development activities.

As a leader in their tax practice, you will have the opportunity to lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, allowing their teams to make a difference for their clients.

• Managing a wide portfolio of corporate and international clients
• Leading globally advising transactions in many locations, including IP restructuring, business model optimization projects, and M&A transactions.
• Working with their highly qualified teams to understand new and growing tax law and how it may affect their clients.
• Working as part of a team with partners and directors to ensure the business unit works well.
• Engagement in business expansion endeavors within the broader tax practice, coupled with a constructive contribution to the overall advancement of the practice.

About you —

• Significant experience dealing in corporate and international tax environments is required.
• A track record of dedication to professional and customer service excellence
• Possessing qualifications of either AITI/CTC, or holding dual qualifications in AITI/CTC and ACA.
• A great communicator with proven ability to operate as a member of a successful team
