The Role —

Assuming the role of an Assistant Manager or Manager, your responsibilities will encompass overseeing daily team operations and assisting in project leadership. This role involves managing a diverse range of challenging tasks:

  • Researching and providing thorough technical tax memorandums to support tax advisory initiatives
  • Participating in collaborative endeavors with fellow managers, directors, and partners within the team to ensure the efficient operation of the business unit.
  • Participating actively in promoting and nurturing client business growth, encompassing tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business prospects, while concurrently making valuable contributions to the overarching progress of the practice.
  • Participating in global advisory transactions that traverse diverse geographical regions, encompassing tasks such as intellectual property restructuring, project financing, engagements related to Pillar 2 regulations, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Taking on the role of overseeing and cultivating the progress of a team that includes both trainees and senior professionals..

About you —
  • Having acquired credentials in AITI/CTC, or maintaining a dual set of qualifications in both AITI/CTC and ACA.
  • Possessing prior engagement in tax advisory projects associated with sectors such as pharmaceuticals, technology, communications, FinTech, or energy is regarded as beneficial.
  • Demonstrating a track record of engagement in global projects is highly esteemed.
  • A well-developed comprehension of commercial dynamics and prevailing market awareness
