The Role —
This role offers the opportunity to engage with diverse sectors, including Banking, Asset Management, Funds, and Insurance, while also facilitating interactions with clients both locally and globally. The organization is actively searching for enthusiastic individuals who possess innate self-motivation, proficiency in independent decision-making, and the ability to strategize, supervise, and proficiently execute audit projects across a wide spectrum of clients.

Main Responsibilities —

  • Project Management - Assumption of accountability for the oversight and administration of an extensive and diverse client portfolio.
  • Taking the lead in advocating for and supervising the execution of meticulous audit endeavors across all your client engagements.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Creation and delivery of business proposals to foster expansion and enrichment of your client portfolio.
  • Supervision of working capital management, encompassing the administration of work in progress and billing processes.
  • Taking on complete responsibility for overseeing and assessing the tasks and outcomes of the audit team.

About you —

  • The position necessitates a minimum of three years of prior experience.
  • Insurance audit experience is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should hold a qualification as a certified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or a similar credential).
  • Demonstrates a solid basis of technical proficiency.
  • Significant history of participating in and leading audit engagements.
  • Previous involvement with a top 20 practice.
  • Demonstrates ambition and seeks to cultivate a career within the practice realm.
