The Role —
The Business Risk Services (BRS) team is actively searching for a Manager with a professional services background who is driven and self-motivated. The ideal candidate should be adept at delivering services across various product lines and client sectors.

The BRS team provides a comprehensive range of risk advisory services to clients across all industry sectors.

The ideal candidate should possess a track record of successfully conducting internal audit assignments that address thematic, operational, and process-related risks.

Main Responsibilities —

Take charge of managing client engagements and fulfilling practice management requirements.
Execute assignments to the highest standards of quality, utilizing best practice methodologies and leveraging subject matter expertise.
Offer valuable advice and expertise to clients, whether in a consulting capacity or as part of an outsourced or co-sourced partnership.
When necessary, assume a leadership role in fieldwork assignments that involve multiple team members and various client deliverables.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with client management, including board-level directors.
Prepare comprehensive reports outlining project deliverables and, where applicable, provide professional recommendations.
Contribute to strategic business development initiatives by identifying client needs, opportunities, and collaborating on proposals for new business.

About you —

A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in the fields of internal audit and/or risk consulting within the professional services or industry sectors.
Possession of qualifications pertinent to risk management, regulatory compliance, internal audit, accounting, or consulting, such as ACA, ACCA, CIA, PIIA, MIIA, PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent.
Strong aptitude for managing client relationships effectively.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including issue resolution, and the capability to plan and oversee local and global project teams.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead when necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
