The Role —
The Audit and Assurance department is actively seeking to expand their team in light of their remarkable growth trajectory. This role offers the chance to gain exposure to dynamic sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction, and Telecommunication. It also provides opportunities to collaborate with clients both locally and globally. The department is actively seeking individuals who are passionate, self-motivated, capable of taking independent initiative, and proficient in strategizing, managing, and effectively concluding audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.

Main Responsibilities —

  • Project management encompasses the responsibility of overseeing a comprehensive and diverse client portfolio.
  • Facilitating and overseeing the execution of high-quality audit work within your client engagements.
  • Management and cultivation of client relationships.
  • Crafting and delivering business tenders to facilitate the expansion and enrichment of your client portfolio.
  • Overseeing working capital management, which includes the oversight of work in progress and billing processes.

About you —

  • Hold qualifications as an ACA or ACCA.
  • A minimum of seven or more years of experience is required.
  • Demonstrates proficient technical proficiency in Irish GAAP and auditing standards, with a potential advantage from experience in IFRS, although this is not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in electronic auditing, coupled with the capability to inspire and manage personnel within stringent timeframes.
  • Proficiency in making informed professional judgments based on assessment findings.
  • Having previous experience from a Big 4 accounting firm would be viewed as advantageous.
