Billing Administrator We are a recruitment company based in Dublin 2 seeking to hire a Billing Administrator to join our busy Finance department. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, excellent communicator and have a strong attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
Preparation and processing of invoices and associated documentation.
Allocation of monies against client accounts.
Chasing outstanding debt in a timely manner.
Dealing with debtor queries.
Maintain contact with customers by phone and email.
Provide assistance to finance department as required.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a finance department, minimum of 1 year.
Must have a good understanding of excel and good computer skills.
Strong numerical skills.
Strong attention to details, strong organisational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
A keen interest in wanting to learn about the AR side of the business.
