The Opportunity

We are recruiting a manager to join our Transfer Pricing team in our Tax department.
A career in our Transfer Pricing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients develop compliant, tax efficient structures that help advance their business goals. You will focus on all aspects of transfer pricing planning, documentation, benchmarking, valuations, dispute resolution, and advance pricing agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of complex TP concepts and collaborate with clients to understand their business models, value chains, and intercompany transactions and develop effective transfer pricing strategies.
  • Conduct economic analyses, benchmarking studies, and financial modelling to determine appropriate transfer pricing strategies that align with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Assist clients in preparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, including master files, local files, and country-by-country reports to comply with local and international regulations, ensuring that it supports the company's positions in case of tax authority scrutiny.
  • Offer guidance and advice on transfer pricing matters, such as restructuring, intellectual property valuation, intercompany agreements, and more.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and team members' work.
  • Mentor a team of transfer pricing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional development.
The Person
  • A degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or Law
  • Strong technical knowledge with at least 4 years TP experience in consulting environment
  • Strong understanding of international tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, and OECD guidelines.
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing of financial transactions will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using relevant tools and software for economic analysis and financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Project management skills and the ability to lead a team and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced consulting environment, often with changing client needs and deadlines.
