Tax Senior | 60k | 7 month contract
Dublin City, LeinsterOur client is a firm of accountants and tax advisers in Dublin 2 with a wide and varied client base providing opportunities for an interesting workload within a busy tax team.
A vacancy has arisen in the tax department of the firm on a contract basis for maternity leave cover with potential for a permanent position.

A vacancy has arisen in the tax department of the firm on a contract basis for maternity leave cover with potential for a permanent position.
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Income tax, corporation tax and VAT compliance for a portfolio of clients.
- Researching technical tax issues for partners and working on ad hoc tax queries arising from our audit & accounts team and clients.
- Being the main contact for a portfolio of clients and liaising directly with them and with the Revenue Commissioners on their behalf.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- AITI/CTA qualified /part qualified with a minimum of 3 years practice experience.
- Ability to work independently/manage workload self-sufficiently and as part of a team.
- Good technical knowledge and practical experience in income tax, corporation tax and VAT
- Proven organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
Salary dependant on experience
