The Role
This role will be based in the Audit department in the Company's Dublin office and will report into the senior audit leadership team. The main responsibilities include the following:
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a variety of industries
Take responsibility for successfully delivering audit and accounting engagements within agreed timelines, including client and team communications
Plan the execution and finalization of the audit assignments
Lead, manage, motivate and coach other members of the team
Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with audit clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the year
Research and solve technical queries from clients
Deliver the highest quality auditing services to the Company's clients
Manage the successful completion of audit engagements
The Ideal Candidate
ACA or ACCA qualifications
2-3 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience
Previous supervisory, team lead or managerial experience
A passion to provide the very best client experience
Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
Knowledge of business trends, and emerging technical and industry developments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
An effective and motivated team player
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
Self-starter who can critically analyze and assess information.
